Unlike our competitors we only charge by the half hour which makes us a great choice for all your electrical needs. Below is a price guide for some common types of electrical work. With most jobs we will first arrange a visit to provide a free quote for the work. Rewire Two Bedroom House
Example costs - a new consumer unit, twelve double power sockets, seven pendant lights (with two-way switching on the landing) and eight light switches, one cooker point, earthing etc. from £1900*.
Rewire Three Bedroom House
For example - a new consumer unit, sixteen double power sockets, nine pendant lights (with two-way switching on the landing) and ten light switches, one cooker point, earthing etc. from £2200*.
Not sure what you want when rewiring? If you like you can change the positions of sockets and lights as well as adding extra ones or add features like recessed downlights, dimmer switches and wall lights. Call or email for our expert professional advice.
PAYMENT
1. Yes we accept cash. But the price is the same as paying by cheque or BACS transfer (which is actually how we prefer to get paid). We do not currently take credit or debit cards.
2. Currently PB Electrics labour is free of VAT, so the daily rate agreed is the price you pay. Prices for materials will be quoted including VAT, so that will also be the price you actually pay. There are no hidden extras.
